ADIRONDACK-VACATION CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations made 35 days or more before arrival will receive a full refund less a $50 cancellation fee to recover the fees.  

Cancellations or changes made within 35 days of arrival are non-refundable.

Travel Insurance

We strongly encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect their trip investment. Life happens, and unexpected events—illness, weather, or emergencies—can force last-minute cancellations more often than most travelers realize. Once the cancellation window has passed, it’s very difficult for us to re-book the home on short notice, so as a small business, we’re unable to issue refunds outside of the policy terms.

While we’re not affiliated with any insurance providers, many of our guests have used CSA or Rental Guardian. You’ll see insurance options available at the time of booking, and we highly recommend considering them for peace of mind.
